Meet Our Founder – Pule Adah Christensen

With over 20 years of experience serving geriatric and vulnerable populations, Pule Adah Christensen is a dedicated professional known for her compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence in caregiving.

Pule’s journey began in Zambia, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in General Forestry before relocating to the United States and transitioning into healthcare. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Trained Medication Aide (TMA), she has built a strong reputation for empathy, advocacy, and high-quality, person-centered care—earning the trust and respect of clients, families, and colleagues alike.

Driven by her passion to improve the lives of others, Pule founded Heavenly Angels Caregivers, where she leads with vision, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to ensuring every client receives care marked by dignity, comfort, and respect.

Beyond her professional role, Pule is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters, actively encouraging their growth through extracurricular activities such as swimming, basketball, and volleyball. She is also an active member of City Hill Church in Eden Prairie, MN, where she serves on the Women’s Leadership Team and contributes to community initiatives such as Hive Moms and Life Groups.

Meet Our Co-Founder – Wayne Mwenya Mulenga, RN, BSN

Wayne Mwenya Mulenga is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Chicago State University and an Associate of Science in General Sciences from Parkland College.

Wayne is a Certified Wound Specialist and Infection Preventionist, bringing extensive expertise in medical-surgical, ICU, emergency, cardiology, pulmonary, dialysis, geriatrics, wound care, and home health nursing. He has served in key leadership positions including Director of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, Nursing Supervisor, and CEO of Villa Holistic Caregivers, Heavenly Angels Caregivers, and Prestige Nursing Homecare.

Renowned for his skill in program development, Wayne has designed and implemented initiatives in infection control, cardiac care, fall prevention, and wound care—helping facilities remain compliant with state and federal regulations while elevating standards of patient care.

Most recently, Wayne became a Dementia Train-the-Trainer, creating specialized training materials that equip caregivers with practical tools and knowledge to better serve patients living with Dementia. His dedication ensures that vulnerable populations receive care that is not only clinically sound but also rooted in compassion and dignity.

Beyond his professional practice, Wayne is the co-founder of the Prestige Wellness Foundation, an initiative dedicated to improving health and addressing societal needs in underserved Zambian communities. Guided by compassion, respect, and collaboration, the foundation works to restore hope, enhance well-being, and promote healthier lifestyles.
